Job Description: Inbound Marketing Manager

We're seeking an experienced Inbound Marketing Manager to spearhead our paid advertising and email campaign operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and have a proven track record of generating leads and activating opportunities, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Paid Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement multi-channel strategies for META, Google, and LinkedIn, overseeing budgets, reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Lead Generation: Attract new contacts and re-engage existing leads through diverse marketing channels.
  • Agency Collaboration: Work closely with agencies to effectively implement paid marketing strategies.
  • Email Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute email campaigns aligned with our overall marketing goals.
  • Customer Journey Optimization: Collaborate with the website and automation teams to enhance conversion rates from owned channels.
  • Inbound Sales Funnel Management: Generate opportunities for the inbound sales team, manage the funnel, and report on performance metrics.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in developing and executing paid marketing campaigns.
  • Able to work in a metrics-focused environment, measuring campaign impact and performance.
  • Hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms like META and Google.
  • Experience with marketing automation software (Active Campaign preferred).
  • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
  • Proficiency in tools like Zapier or Make.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
Performance Indicators:
  • New contacts added to the marketing list.
  • Opportunities created for the inbound sales team.
  • Cost per Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL).
  • Closed-won attribution and spend efficiency.
