Italian Business Growth Manager

Dorel Juvenile, the world's leading juvenile products company, seeks a skilled professional to drive business growth in Italy. As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding relationships with our most significant clients.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the growth of the next generation. With a strong focus on meeting objectives and results, you will develop effective strategies to boost sales growth and the profitability of key accounts.
The ideal candidate has a degree in Marketing, Sales or a similar field, with previous experience in sales, account management or customer relations in a business environment. Fluency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in Microsoft Environment and other relevant software applications is also required.
We estimate the salary for this position to be around €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
About the Role:Key Responsibilities:- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and acting as the main point of contact for any inquiries or issues.
- Collaborating with various departments to create tailored strategies for each key account, aligning with the client's goals and objectives while maximizing business opportunities.
- Driving revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within key accounts, as well as negotiating contracts and pricing structures to maximize profitability.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service, addressing concerns promptly, and consistently delivering on promises.
- Degree in Marketing, Sales or a similar field.
- Previous experience in sales, account management or customer relations in a business environment.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Environment and other relevant software applications.
