We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for Ventilation solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include market & competitive intelligence analysis, sales channel optimization, and developing solution selling messages that combine individual product benefits to create a holistic solution.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying target market pricing ranges and preparing respective preparation schemes for B2C and B2B customers. You will also develop long-term marketing plans and activities, evaluate market potentials, and forecast sales volumes.
You will have the opportunity to develop relationships with influential Key Opinion Leaders in the Italian market and collaborate with the European Business Development Manager for Ventilation Solutions to provide input for future product development.
Key responsibilities will also include pre-sales demonstrations, after-sales installations, end-user training, and representing Nihon Kohden Ventilation solutions at exhibitions and congresses.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong educational background in Health Sciences (Medicine, Biology), Business, Biomedicine, or Engineering. Knowledge of hospital environments and experience in marketing medical equipment, particularly mechanical ventilation, is highly desirable.
In addition, you should possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, both internally and externally, as well as proficiency in MS Office package, SAP/Sales Force, and computer networks.

The estimated salary for this position is around €65,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
