Job Description

FiloBlu is seeking a highly motivated Strategic Business Growth Specialist to join its team in Venice, Milan, and Naples.

This is an excellent opportunity for a business-minded professional to take on exciting challenges working with a talented group of individuals who boast diverse skills and experience.

You will collaborate closely with over 200 members of staff with specialist skills in digital and retail fields to create and enhance online browsing and shopping experiences, adding value to digital journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify prospects, engage them, and generate new business opportunities through market analysis and strategic planning.
  • Develop strong relationships with new clients by identifying decision-makers and building trust.
  • Conduct detailed market analyses to identify new contacts, strategies, and activities that drive business growth.
  • Develop campaigns, services, and distribution channels to increase sales.
  • Coordinate the delivery of all solutions to clients and partners.

Requirements:

  • Strong aptitude for business and problem-solving skills.
  • Background in the digital world with precision and attention to detail.
  • Able to work effectively in a team and interface with various stakeholders.

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $85,000 - $110,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
