Mission Statement:

The Business Analyst is an integral member of our team, working closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and software requirements. This role involves advising, reporting, and alerting to optimize solutions, ultimately delivering value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled professional to collaborate with the Owner of Business line on developing initiatives that effectively support the Business. The ideal candidate will have an active role in ensuring security and proper functioning of the assigned Information System segment.

Additionally, this role will involve planning and monitoring IT evolutions for external developments, supporting the Manager in supervising external providers, and being responsible for IT projects and change requests of the Value Chain.

This position requires a functional specialist who can support multiple skillsets as part of the Agile Team, encompassing Business Analysis, Experience Design, Testing, and Production Support. The ultimate goal is to deliver working code that supports prioritized business needs.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related studies. At least three years of experience in handling complex projects is essential. Prior experience in Securities Banking Operations/Custodian and Settlement perimeter is preferable.

Fluency in English (C1) and Italian (C2) languages is required, along with valuable technical, operational, and soft skills, including:
