YOUR FUTURE ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and inquisitive individual to join our Operations Headquarters or one of our manufacturing facilities.
As a Quality Engineer, you will report directly to the Quality Manager and gain invaluable experience in managing a complex manufacturing environment while ensuring adherence to high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and assess internal quality performance indicators (KPIs) such as waste, rework, and costs;
• Conduct end-of-line and process testing;
• Ensure quality assurance for finished products;
• Investigate and resolve quality-related product or production challenges;
• Prepare, execute, and follow up on internal process or system audits.

- A degree in Management or Mechanical Engineering
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a complex quality engineering environment
- Ability to interpret and visualize technical drawings
- Proficient in quality management tools (e.g., Fishbone diagram, 5 Whys, root cause analysis)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Fundamental understanding of statistics
- A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, inspiring others to adopt a similar approach
- Experience in people management
- A solution-oriented mindset, focusing on problem-solving
- A passion for challenges and a strong sense of responsibility
- Flexibility to adapt in a constantly changing environment
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills
