RINA is currently seeking a Systems Engineer to enhance its operations within the Certification Digital Development Division.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the organization by managing and evolving the IT tools and applications utilized by various departments, including commercial, technical, and administrative functions, particularly through the implementation of the Salesforce platform.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Gathering and analyzing user requirements to meet stakeholder and compliance standards
  • Securing business and compliance endorsements
  • Collaborating with IT Project Managers to establish development priorities and timelines
  • Overseeing the User Acceptance Testing phase, coordinating with users and IT Project Managers as needed
  • Providing training and ongoing support to business users in utilizing tools and programs, as well as adopting new digital solutions
  • Assisting the Service Desk in diagnosing issues and proposing solutions
  • Configuring both standard and customized profiles, communications, layouts, forms, work plan templates, reports, and dashboards within the Salesforce platform

Educational Background

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering is required.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in IT project management, application design, and development activities
  • Proficiency in configuring Salesforce Field Service products and applications, including standard and custom configurations
  • Familiarity with the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform is advantageous
  • Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Administrator, App Builder) are preferred
  • Proficient in English (B2 level or higher)
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies is a plus
