Il Gruppo Unipol è alla ricerca di un esperto di analisi dati per il settore bancario e assicurativo che possa contribuire allo sviluppo del business e alla gestione dei dati cliente.

Responsabilità
  • Contribuire allo sviluppo business sia bancario che assicurativo, in termini di definizione dei target per campagne e comunicazioni commerciali ed efficientamento dei processi di Customer Journey;
  • Realizzare sistemi di Performance Management per il monitoraggio dei KPI legati allo sviluppo e alla gestione del business Bancassicurativo;
  • Realizzare reportistica per il monitoraggio del ciclo di vita del cliente;
  • Elaborare analisi complesse con l'utilizzo di strumenti statistici (es. SAS), anche a supporto delle esigenze informative delle altre strutture interne alla Direzione;
  • Supportare le attività progettuali volte all'evoluzione dei processi commerciali ed alla gestione dei dati cliente;
  • Supportare la definizione dei requisiti di business e il disegno delle logiche di gestione dei dati cliente con relativo presidio degli sviluppi.
Requisiti richiesti
  • Laurea magistrale in materie scientifiche (Matematica, Statistica, Ingegneria) o economiche conseguite con ottima votazione;
  • Almeno 3/5 anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi maturata preferibilmente presso primarie realtà del settore Bancassurance, Bancario, Assicurativo e/o Società di Consulenza;
  • Otte capacità analitiche;
  • Solido esperienza nella gestione e interrogazione di grandi basi dati e nell'utilizzo delle principali tecniche di analisi statistica;
  • Conoscenza approfondita del linguaggio di programmazione SAS/SQL;
  • Conoscenza dei principali strumenti di data visualization (es. Tableau);
  • Conoscenza approfondita del pacchetto Office;
  • Elevata capacità di relazionarsi con diverse strutture aziendali e di gestione di progetti complessi;
  • Forte orientamento al cliente, approccio innovativo e pensiero strategico.
