We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join our Human Resources Team in Milan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the HR Business Partner and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • At least one year of experience in HR departments
  • Proficient in all MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to address all levels within HR and other Red Bull departments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Team player with an open mind and flexible attitude, a pragmatic approach to problem-solving, with a drive to create a positive work environment
  • Travel 10-20%
