About the Role

The Electrophysiology Field Clinical Manager will lead and coach a team of Field Clinical Specialists, providing continuous tools and education to ensure up-to-date industry, competitor, and product knowledge. This role will actively support the division to achieve annual sales targets and may coordinate with training teams on onboarding and training new team members.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Physician Training: Conduct training for physicians on products and procedures, designing, developing, and planning training programs for doctors in collaboration with Regional Sales Manager/EP National Sales Manager and EDU EP Manager.
  2. Clinical Selling: Assist the sales team with hospitals in-lab-service, introducing new technologies by supporting physicians during EP procedures, ensuring successful outcomes, and promoting Best Demonstrated Practice among doctors.
  3. Advisor/Expert of Diseases and Products: Act as a consultant for doctors, providing solutions to medical, clinical, and technical questions, recommending the best clinical solutions as part of product strategy, and responsible for all clinical aspects of product evaluation and clinical trials.
  4. Market Development: Assist EP National Sales Manager/Marketing Manager in assessing potential new accounts, making joint calls with reps, and providing in-lab-service at hospitals if necessary.
  5. Sales Training: Assist procedure and product training programs for the Commercial Teams, acting as a contact person with regional/international training functions, and ensuring maximum effectiveness of the division's sales effort.
  6. KOL Relationship Maintaining: Maintain KOL relationships and possible COE Centres as a key member of the national sales team.
  7. Client Interface: Facilitate, share documents, and process to identify, notify, and ensure any complaint or problem are addressed, demonstrating high commitment to Quality in all interactions and behaviors.
Requirements
  1. Previous experience in EP/CRM business.
  2. Based in Campania.
  3. Preferably experience as People/Team Leader.
  4. Strong communication skills.
  5. Ability to understand and communicate complex technical and clinical details.
  6. Professional working proficiency language skills in both Italian and English. Additional language skills are appreciated.
  7. Able to rapidly adapt to a very dynamic marketplace.
  8. Strong team player, collaborative, ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally.
  9. Self-motivated and able to influence others.
  10. Flexible, adaptable but focused and persistent.
  11. Willing and able to travel extensively as required by workload.
