Compliance Manager, Digital Services Act, Trustworthy Shopping Experience

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our Trustworthy Shopping Experience team at Amazon Italia Services Srl - B97. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic and tactical management of Amazon's compliance with the EU Digital Services Act.
Key Responsibilities- Compliance Program Management: Build and lead compliance programs with partner teams across Amazon, ensuring seamless execution and effective risk mitigation.
- Regulatory Engagement: Inform and advise Amazon leadership on compliance programs, engaging with regulatory partners to stay ahead of emerging requirements.
- External Audits and Reporting: Support external audits, transparency reporting, and data access requirements, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
- Internal Partnerships: Manage internal partnerships in a culturally diverse environment, fostering collaboration and driving business outcomes.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Build and execute internal and external communication strategies, engaging with stakeholders to drive compliance and risk management initiatives.
- 10+ years' experience in program or product management in ecommerce or other online services.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Business proficiency in English.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with high-scale technology programs, public policy or ecommerce legislation, risk management, and people management.
