Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Services Manager to lead and manage the provision of IT Support Services and other Technology services within local offices/regions. The successful candidate will work closely with the Regional Technology Support Manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the IT Support Services team to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services to our clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve IT service delivery and reduce downtime.
  • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to IT staff and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of IT services with business operations.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and maintain IT budgets and resources.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on IT service delivery and performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Administration.
  • 5+ years of progressively responsible work experience in IT management.
  • Experience in managing automated information systems, including strategic planning and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex issues and make decisions quickly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Computer Science or Business Administration.
  • ITIL certification.
  • Experience in IT service management and ITIL framework.
  • Knowledge of IT security and compliance regulations.
