Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist with expertise in the Italian language to join our team in Athens, Greece.

Job Summary:

This role requires a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional support to customers via chat, email, and phone
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to products or services
  • Escala complex cases to specialized teams when necessary
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate solutions

Requirements:

  • Italian Language: C1 level or higher (written and spoken)
  • English Language: B2 level (training provided in English)
  • Relocate to Athens, Greece
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to handle technical queries
  • Experience in customer support role is preferred but not required
