Job Description

ManpowerGroup, a leading provider of workforce solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Job Summary

The primary objective of this role is to ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and efficient responses to client inquiries. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing and streamlining the order management process, ensuring seamless communication with clients, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage orders from receipt to final invoicing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Monitor the entire order process, from receipt to delivery, to ensure timely completion.
  • Verify all commercial conditions, including prices, discounts, and payment terms.
  • Coordinate and send registration documents and logistics information to clients.
  • Issue sales invoices and credit/debit notes.
  • Communicate directly with area managers and provide support as needed to resolve issues.
  • Coordinate with internal functions to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Verify, communicate, and allocate stock based on contingencies and propose alternatives to clients/area managers in case of stock shortages.
  • Coordinate order preparation with third-party warehouses.
  • Coordinate order fulfillment based on priority and warehouse workflow.
  • Manage timely client requests to ensure high-quality service.
  • Select and negotiate with various carriers for delivery management.
  • Monitor order status and share information for commercial reporting.
  • Control shipping expenses vs. budget.
  • Support area managers in providing documents, data, and information related to orders and clients.
  • Create and manage client records (active invoicing).
  • Manage claims in a timely manner.
  • Manage projects: participate actively and collaborate with internal functions for system implementation with IT and external consultants.
Requirements
  • Degree in Economics or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to define priorities and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent English language skills.
Contract and Benefits

12-month contract, maternity leave replacement.

5th level CCNL Calzature Industria.

Ticket Restaurant: €8 per working day.

Smart Working: 2 days a week.

Location: Firenze Centro.
