Lead Technical Projects in Manufacturing

Baxter, a pioneering company in kidney care and dialysis equipment, seeks an exceptional System Process Optimization Engineer to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in engineering and at least 5 years of experience in production engineering or validation, preferably in large manufacturing companies.

This is a unique opportunity to leverage technical expertise in production processes and products, contributing to the improvement of patients' lives worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate complex projects and activities requiring technical involvement, working closely with the Manufacturing Engineering Manager.
  • Collaborate with R&D, System Support, and Quality teams for project management.
  • Ensure the Design Transfer process from R&D to Manufacturing, guaranteeing seamless transitions.
  • Conduct production process validation activities, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions.
  • Analyze technical problems related to modifications, industrialization, functional tests, and commissioning production, defining effective solutions.
  • Support QA Teams in investigations, CAPA, and Non-Conformities, ensuring compliance and quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Mechanical, Automation, Electrical, Biomedical, or Chemical Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in production engineering or validation, preferably in large manufacturing or pharmaceutical companies.
  • Knowledge of complex electromedical production processes, particularly in dialysis equipment.
  • Strong team working attitude, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.
  • Fluent Italian and English knowledge (written and spoken).
Salary Estimate:

We estimate the salary for this position to be around €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
