About the Role:
As a Toys Key Account Manager at Bandai Namco Europe, you will play a crucial part in driving the company's sales strategy in the Italian market. You will be responsible for managing retailers, maintaining long-term relationships with key accounts, and maximizing sales and trade marketing opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Implement and execute the Commercial and Sales strategy established by the Sales Director.
- Manage on a daily basis centralized clients and retailers at national or regional level for all the products of our portfolio.
- Negotiate annual listings, retail catalogues visibility, shelve space for Spring and Fall Seasons as well as Christmas Season, and negotiate and coordinate promotional activities.
- Work in synergy with Bandai Namco Entertainment Italian teams to build cross-marketing activities.
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Plan and manage products portfolio, assigned customers assigned, business development according with the agreed commercial strategy of the company.
- Formulate, recommend, and execute the strategic planning and delivery of customer in-store permanent and promotional point of sale programs.
- Analyse the toy market and follow up the actual toy lines on the market.
- Plan and monitor store-check activities.
