About the Role

The Business Unit Manager at Mia-Platform is a key leadership position responsible for driving business growth and customer success. This role requires a strong understanding of the company's vision and a proven track record of delivering results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand Mia-Platform's effectiveness through assigned customers and prospects.
  • Lead a dedicated customer unit and manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and solution architects to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with the Delivery Manager to deliver complex and high-quality projects to customers.
  • Consult with RD to share customers' feedback and improve the product experience.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in delivering and implementing tech solutions.
  • Experience working with large enterprises.
  • Knowledge of agile methodology is a strong plus.
  • Good understanding of microservices, API, and cloud-native environments.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
