Job Overview

As a Technical Support Intern at Philips S.P.A., you will embark on a dynamic learning journey with our IT Health Imaging products, contributing to international project delivery for the EMEA region. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around supporting the end-to-end delivery of monitoring/alerting solutions for Radiology Informatics and related infrastructure elements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of monitoring/alerting solutions for Radiology Informatics and related infrastructure elements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge in software/hardware solutions, including Windows OS, servers, storage, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide excellent communication skills in Italian and English to ensure effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT Health Imaging.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Basic technical knowledge in software/hardware solutions, including Windows OS, servers, storage, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian and English.
  • Knowledge of networking, monitoring tools, databases, virtualization, and scripting languages would be a plus.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Passion to informatics field.

Education

  • Laurea (primo livello) in Ingegneria dell'informazione (L-8, 9) or Scienze e tecnologie informatiche (L-31, 26).
