Job Title: Contract Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team at Leonardo. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing commercial and contractual support to our customers, ensuring timely and accurate execution of contracts, and managing business-related aspects of contracts.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Provide commercial and contractual support to customers, including reviewing and commenting on contractual and operational terms and conditions.
  2. Participate in negotiations of new contracts, providing comments on contractual and operative aspects.
  3. Act as primary commercial interface with customers during contract performance, nurturing positive business relationships.
  4. Ensure timely and accurate execution of commercial aspects of contracts, including export licenses, claims, variations, provisions, and guarantees.
  5. Monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of contract obligations fulfillment.
  6. Manage business-related aspects of contracts and related deliverables, in full cooperation with relevant departments.
  7. Verify complete fulfillment of contractual obligations and documentation, communicating any deficiencies to stakeholders.
  8. Coordinate negotiations for amendments to contracts and other agreements, in coordination with Sales Manager/Campaign Manager and Legal Department.
  9. Supervise the Acceptance and Delivery process of contractual deliverables, collecting relevant documentary records and finalizing side agreements with customers.
  10. Ensure proper issuance of invoices and timely claims of payment, in accordance with T&Cs and contract execution progresses and achievements.

Requirements:

  • Master Degree in Engineering, Law, or Economics.
  • English Advanced Level.

Seniority: Experienced professional with a strong background in contract management and commercial operations.
