Job Title: Contract Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team at Leonardo. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing commercial and contractual support to our customers, ensuring timely and accurate execution of contractual obligations.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Provide commercial and contractual inputs for bids, proposals, and licenses, working closely with the Legal department and other stakeholders.
  2. Participate in contract negotiations, providing comments on contractual and operational aspects.
  3. Act as the primary commercial interface with customers, nurturing positive business relationships.
  4. Ensure timely and accurate execution of commercial aspects of contracts, including export licenses, claims, variations, and guarantees.
  5. Monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of contract obligations fulfillment.
  6. Manage business-related aspects of contracts and related deliverables, working closely with PLM and Customer Support Management.
  7. Verify complete fulfillment of contractual obligations and documentation, communicating any deficiencies to stakeholders.
  8. Coordinate negotiations for contract amendments and other agreements, working with Sales Manager/Campaign Manager and the Legal Department.
  9. Supervise the acceptance and delivery process of contractual deliverables, collecting documentary records and finalizing side agreements as necessary.
  10. Ensure proper issuance of invoices and timely claims of payment, in accordance with T&Cs and contract execution progresses.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Law, or Economics.
  • Advanced level of English language proficiency.
  • Seniority level: Experienced professional.
