This is a 12-month program specifically crafted for recent graduates who have completed their studies within the last two years and are eager to engage in a hands-on learning experience. Role Expectations:

At Arrow, we believe that immersive learning is key to your development. You will be fully integrated into our operations, taking on responsibilities related to your role. During the program, you will also be tasked with completing assignments that reinforce your learning while collaborating with specialized professionals.

As a Technical Field Application Engineer at Arrow Electronics, your primary responsibility will be to deliver technical assistance and expertise to our clients. Your contributions will include:

  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Arrow's products, services, and solutions, guiding customers in selecting the appropriate components or solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Assist clients in diagnosing technical challenges and providing effective solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Design Support: Aid customers in crafting and developing bespoke solutions that align with their specific requirements.
  • Product Validation: Collaborate with suppliers to facilitate product validation, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and standards, including schematic reviews and pre-compliance testing.
  • Team Collaboration: Work in close partnership with clients and internal teams to devise and implement solutions that satisfy customer demands.
  • Customer Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact between customers and suppliers, ensuring clarity and understanding of customer needs.
  • Cost Optimization Advice: Recommend mechanical solutions and strategies that can enhance the overall cost-effectiveness of the Bills Of Material (BOM) and improve part availability.

Required Qualifications:

  • You must possess the legal right to work in the country where the position is based.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechatronics or Electronics Engineering is required, obtained within the last two years or expected in the near future.
  • Proficiency in both Italian and English (oral and written) is essential.
  • Solid understanding of Electronics Engineering principles.
  • Familiarity with current technologies and market trends is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage proactively with team members and external stakeholders.
  • Capacity to learn new platforms and systems with an innovative mindset.
  • Experience in developing customized specifications using 3D software such as AutoCAD, Solidworks, or Inventor is highly desirable.
  • Ability to support customer designers with technical proposals within specific macro-technologies.
  • A degree in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering is highly regarded.
  • Flexibility and geographical mobility are required.
  • A creative and innovative mindset, willing to share new ideas and approaches.
  • A genuine passion for learning new technologies and a strong desire to tackle new challenges.
