Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Partnership Specialist to join our Amazon Counter integration team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the technical onboarding of Amazon Counter partners and supporting the deployment of the related app across thousands of locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the business development team to present the Amazon PARP solution to potential partners.
  2. Work closely with partners and internal stakeholders to define and scope integration requirements.
  3. Maintain ongoing relationships with partners, focusing on improving the quality of technical processes such as API integration and data transmission quality.
  4. Consistently improve the Access Points customer experience by delivering superior partner support.
  5. Create and maintain partner-facing artifacts such as tech documentation and code examples to help partners with the integration process.
  6. Identify new partner requirements and communicate them to internal Product and Tech teams.
  7. Work with the Product team to design and implement new feature requests, influencing the Product roadmap.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Hands-on experience with web services technologies, such as REST, SOAP, HTTP, and JSON.
  • Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and at least one of the following languages: French or Italian.
  • Relevant experience communicating with a wide range of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
