E-Business Expert for Luxury Brands

About the Role:
The Dolce & Gabbana E-Business Specialist will oversee the company's ecommerce channel for Fashion and Beauty categories, ensuring performance monitoring and commercial plan execution to achieve business goals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Implement commercial calendar projects in collaboration with local teams
- Support the deployment of commercial and marketing calendar with HQ and regional local teams
- Develop commercial strategies for seasonal themes and special projects in compliance with Global E-commerce direction
- Perform market and benchmark analysis to identify new commercial opportunities for specific regions
- Monitor trends, track KPIs using Google Analytics and Power BI, and implement data-driven actions to achieve business goals
- Support operational activities, including return analysis and customer experience improvement
- Collaborate with Store & Content team to maintain on-site contents and adapt them according to local strategy
- Support catalogue activities mainly related to Beauty and Fashion categories and special projects in compliance with E-commerce Direction
- Establish strong relationships with internal departments and regional teams to execute e-business activities supporting local strategies and business
- Participate in daily and weekly meetings with regional team to share business trends and support data-driven business strategies
Requirements and Competencies:
- University degree in economics, business administration, e-commerce, or closely related field
- At least 4 years' experience in e-commerce, preferably in Fashion & Luxury industry
- Power BI and Google Analytics proficiency knowledge
- Data-driven and analytical skills
- Professional knowledge of English (knowledge of a second language considered a plus)
- Excellent team working attitude and great communication skills
- Open, dynamic, highly motivated, team player
