Ariston Group, a global leader in sustainable thermal comfort, is looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Marketing Specialist.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will contribute to the evolution of loyalty and promotion activities for the Italian Market. The role involves supporting CRM activities and marketing initiatives based on database analysis, day-to-day CRM and loyalty operations, monitoring KPIs, and tracking results of on-field activities.
Main Responsibilities:- Support on CRM activities and marketing initiatives based on database analysis
- Support day-to-day CRM and loyalty operations, including database development and maintenance
- Monitor KPIs defined for different targets and campaigns
- Support leads/contacts management and on-field activities
- Track results of on-field activities and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Masters degree in business/economics or similar
- Strong analytical skills
- Passion for digital analytics and customer experience analysis
- Ability to work in a team
- Excellent English knowledge
The successful candidate will be based in Milan.
