About the Role:

">
  • Provide exceptional customer service as a Customer Care Specialist, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for our clients.
  • Collaborate with the Support and Live Operations team to resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Familiarize yourself with new products and services, staying up-to-date on their features and benefits to provide informed support.
  • Work closely with the Local Operation Team to resolve logistics issues and ensure smooth order management.
  • Maintain accurate records and administer order information in relevant systems to enable forecasting and early detection of potential issues.
  • Proactively collect cash and process flows according to payment terms.
  • Identify and prevent fraud attempts using dedicated tools, minimizing losses and ensuring customer trust.
  • Escalate technical issues and answer complex questions to provide satisfactory solutions.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge, enabling growth within the Support Area.

About You:

">
  • You hold a Bachelor's Degree in Humanities or Communications.
  • You have previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably as a Customer Care/Operation Specialist in B2B or B2C companies.
  • You are proficient in Office (Excel) and have upper intermediate English language skills (B2) or higher.
  • You are available to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
