Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience Intern to join our Customer Care team. This role will involve handling customer inquiries, analyzing feedback, and identifying areas for improvement to enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Create customer satisfaction surveys to gauge experience levels
  • Analyze customer reviews, complaints, and survey feedback to pinpoint opportunities for enhancement
  • Develop reports/presentations that track trends in customer complaints and measure satisfaction over time
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as NPS/CSAT
Requirements

To excel in this position, you should have:

  • A background in customer experience studies or customer management
  • Excellent knowledge of Italian and English
  • Good understanding of Excel and PowerPoint with a willingness to learn our systems
  • Strong analytical and data processing skills
