Eco-Friendly Sales Support Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Eco-Friendly Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Euro Pool System. As a key member of our Commercial Department, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales strategy and promoting eco-friendly packaging practices in the fresh produce industry.
**Job Summary:**
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and collecting orders, ensuring timely processing and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will provide commercial support by executing administrative tasks, acting as the commercial back office for the sales department to reach commercial goals.
**Key Responsibilities:
1. Order Fulfillment: Process incoming orders efficiently, ensuring accurate delivery and collection while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
2. Commercial Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Commercial Department, supporting them in achieving commercial objectives.
3. Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints professionally, ensuring prompt resolution and preventive/corrective measures are taken in a timely manner.
**Requirements:**
To excel in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A strong understanding of customer service principles and experience in an administrative or sales support capacity would be beneficial.
**What We Offer:**
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary, ranging between $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team passionate about making a positive environmental impact.
