About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Consultant to join our team at Boston Consulting Group. As a key member of our Platinion team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients navigate the complexities of digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Digital Transformation Initiatives: You will be responsible for leading digital transformation initiatives for our clients, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement strategic IT solutions.
  • Develop IT Strategies: You will develop and implement IT strategies that align with our clients' business objectives, leveraging your expertise in IT consulting and digital transformation.
  • Collaborate with Clients: You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to address their IT challenges.
  • Drive Project Delivery: You will lead project delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of IT projects, working closely with stakeholders to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: You must have a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
  • Experience: You must have at least 5 years of experience in IT consulting, with a proven track record of delivering transformation and implementation projects.
  • Technical Skills: You must have technical knowledge and experience in typical end-to-end processes relevant in the ERP context.
  • Language Skills: You must be proficient in English and Italian, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
