We are currently seeking a proficient Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join our Cost Management division in Italy, driven by our ongoing expansion and successful project completions.

As a member of our team, you will join a supportive, skilled, and accomplished group that provides opportunities for rapid career advancement and the autonomy to manage projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Oversee a variety of pre- and post-contract quantity surveying activities, including cost estimation, procurement, contract management, variations, and final accounts.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive cost plans, ensuring accurate estimation and planning.
  • Manage the tendering and procurement processes, from initial pre-qualification to the preparation of contractual documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • Possess a recognized degree qualification.
  • Demonstrate relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Cost Manager within the construction industry.
  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Italian.
  • Show high levels of motivation and a commitment to client satisfaction, with the ability to work independently.
