**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assist our team in creating stunning interior designs for our properties
* Develop and implement creative solutions for interior design projects
* Collaborate with our team to improve the efficiency of our properties and materials
* Participate in the renovation phase and provide insights and guidance
* Aid in purchasing materials and supplies necessary for interior design projects

**Requirements:**

* Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
* Good communication skills; Italian language skills are a plus
* Willingness to assist us with ideas to improve our efficiency
* Independent and organized worker
* Sense of achievement and personal improvement
* Eager to put into practice the acquired knowledge
* Problem-solver, quick learner
* Willing to work in a start-up
* Good analytical skills: Excellent sketching skills, digital imaging to enhance and manipulate concepts
* Must know: Computer-Aided Design (CAD), 3D interior design modeling tools

**Qualifications:**

* A Master's degree is a plus
* Ability to be proactive and work independently to drive projects to completion
* Be ready to pick up this project, own it, and champion it
* Resourceful & start-up mentality; ability to come up with creative solutions when confronted with challenges
* Agile mindset and can-do attitude

**What You'll Be Responsible For:**

* Analyse/elaborate drawings of properties
* Create Renderings in 2D/3D
* Give ideas and feedback related to interior design
* Assist the company in improving and optimizing the efficiency of the properties as well as materials to be used
* Assist in managing the 3D team, ensuring efficient collaboration and timely completion of tasks
* Assist in choosing materials for projects, considering both aesthetic and functional requirements
* Actively participate in the renovation phase, providing insights and guidance
* Aid in purchasing materials and supplies necessary for interior design projects
* Help with the implementation of green energies
