About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled PR and Brand Manager to join our team at The Hoxton Rome. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive communications strategy to promote our hotel and restaurants to local and international audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a local PR strategy to maintain a strong reputation and visibility for The Hoxton Rome in the Italian market.
  2. Manage relationships with local media, influencers, and brand partners to drive awareness and engagement.
  3. Collaborate with our central Ennismore teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive bookings and revenue.
  4. Own and manage local social media channels and email databases to engage with our audience and promote our brand.
  5. Develop and maintain a community of loyal Hox guests and fans, known as Hox Friends, who support our communications strategy.
  6. Work closely with our F&B, Sales, and Revenue teams to develop and implement marketing initiatives that drive revenue and growth.
  7. Manage the local annual marketing and graphic design budgets to ensure effective use of resources.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in PR and brand management, with a strong track record of delivering business results.
  2. Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  3. Strong knowledge of the Italian market and ability to build relationships with local media, influencers, and brand partners.
  4. Fluent French and strong English language skills.
  5. Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing ideas that drive engagement and revenue.
