We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Network Development Specialist to join our team in Milan. As a key member of our Italy Network Development team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the manager in defining the ideal network coverage for stores, personnel, and business models to maximize penetration and profitability.

About the Role

This is a 6-month full-time internship opportunity with the possibility of remote work (9 days/month). You will be responsible for:

  • Evaluating and prioritizing new store activities economically;
  • Conducting market and network reporting and analysis using multiple data sources;
  • Monitoring key competitors and benchmarking monthly network development reports;
  • Defining ideal staffing and recruiting needs for the store network;
  • Analyzing brand and dealer market share and performance, including map support.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field;
  • A strong analytical attitude and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent English command;
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to set priorities and manage tasks effectively;
  • A natural inclination towards organization and responsiveness to internal and external customer requests;
  • Tech-savviness, with a willingness to excel in technology;
  • The ability to interact with all levels of the organization and work in an international team.
