Job Title: Trade Marketing Professional for Pharmaceutical Industry

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Trade Marketing Specialist to join our team in Florence, Italy. As a key member of our Talent Solutions department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies aimed at intermediate distribution channels (wholesalers or pharmacy chains) and individual pharmacies.

Your primary goal will be to support our Key Account Managers (KAMs) by providing high-quality presentations, marketing materials, and trade plans tailored to each customer's needs. You will also coordinate with our Marketing Managers to define activities and materials aligned with the marketing profile of each brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Activity Planning: Ensure the realization of activities based on our annual master plan and within assigned budget;">
  • Quality Support: Provide constant quality support, detailing, merchandising, and training to KAMs and Companies;">
  • Marketing Coordination: Coordinate with Marketing Managers to define activities and materials consistent with the marketing profile of each brand;">
  • Reporting: Submit activity planning and actual activity reports to the General Manager within agreed timelines;">
  • Material Management: Manage company promotional material;">

Requirements:

  • Degree: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar is preferable;">
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in similar roles in Pharma business is preferable;">
  • Language Skills: Upper intermediate/intermediate English both spoken and written;">

Salary and Benefits:

">

The estimated salary for this position is €50,000 - €65,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
