We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Luxury Hotel Engineering Manager to oversee the strategic decisions, day-to-day operations, and implementations related to buildings, facilities, and assets for a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in Salerno.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a renowned hospitality organization as a key member of the engineering team. As a Lead Luxury Hotel Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading the engineering department, developing and implementing short and long-term strategies aligned with the hotel's objectives and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive engineering and maintenance strategies to ensure smooth operations across all facilities and installations.
  • Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day engineering and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and safety protocols.
  • Asset Management: Manage the lifecycle of assets, including machinery, equipment, and building systems, to optimize performance, longevity, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong technical background in engineering principles, building systems, and facility management. A proven track record in leadership roles within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel setting, is essential.

You should have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment, are also required.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory. What is crucial is that you have a solid understanding of regulatory requirements, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
