Job Title: Change Management and Business Innovation Project Manager

Job Summary:

The Change Management and Business Innovation Project Manager will lead the development and implementation of business innovation projects, driving strategic change and process optimization across the organization. This role will work closely with senior leadership and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of business innovation projects, including project planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, project teams, and external partners.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to project teams, ensuring successful project delivery and outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive business innovation and growth.

Requirements:

  • At least six years of work experience in management consulting, change management, investment banking, or private equity.
  • Broad knowledge and/or experience of change management and business innovation.
  • Broad knowledge of best practices, techniques for process optimization processes.
  • Expert written and oral communications skills and ability to speak to various audiences.
  • Advanced analytical abilities, both quantitative and qualitative.
  • Self-starter with proven ability to meet tight deadlines, adapt in a rapidly changing environment, and pay close attention to details.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with different teams and clients, maintaining positive working relationships.
  • Ability to identify client's need and match them to appropriate and innovative solutions.
  • Fully committed and motivated to achieve the aims of the UN World Food Programme.

Language: In addition to a high proficiency in written and spoken English, knowledge of a second UN language is a plus.
