Business Unit

Our Procurement Solutions business unit initiates and completes the supply chain of Intelligent Procurement, Smart Booking, and Invisible Payment. We aim to achieve a continuous, cyclic optimization in this supply chain.

Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Consultant to join our Procurement department in Milan. As a key member of our team, you will manage strategic consulting projects for our global corporate customers, helping them create and implement travel procurement strategies, optimize and manage their global hotel spending, and ensure a seamless travel experience for their employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage hotel programs of clients, including strategy definition, hotel procurement, and continuous hotel program management
  • Conduct analyses and derive insights from client data and extensive HRS global benchmark data to identify hotel spend optimization potential
  • Manage sourcing projects with client team members and consultant peers across the world
  • Collaborate with our global procurement and sales organization

Requirements

  • Education background in Business Management or similar
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge and experience
  • Detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills and a passion for translating data into actionable insights
  • Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills
  • Organizational skills and the ability to adapt and prioritize in a dynamic work environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Curious mindset, with the ability to think outside the box
  • Innovative individual with a problem-solving approach
  • Fluency in English, with other European languages a plus
