**Job Summary**
The successful candidate will be supporting the Project Manager in managing service projects from feasibility study to go-live, passing through development and subsequent roll-out follow-ups. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and organized individual who can effectively communicate with HQ's and External Vendors to validate solutions and provide support during project stages.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Communicate with HQ's and External Vendors to validate solutions and provide support during project stages
- Support the daily maintenance of service systems (corporate and/or local), data extraction, and provide advice to authorized service partners and/or their SW Houses in case of data transmission errors
- Advise service centers on local management solutions optimization, as well as deliver courses and guidelines related to cyber security
**Requirements**
- University Degree (BSc or MSc) major: Computer engineering or similar
- 1-2 years' experience
- Knowledge and usage of: SQL, MySQL, Relational Databases (MariaDB, PostgreSQL, etc.), Office, Notions of data analytics and use connected platforms (for example Power BI, Qlik, Tableau), Notions of Cyber security, Notions of AI, Ability to develop Web Services (XML, JSON)
- Languages: Fluent written and spoken English, Italian mother tongue
- Additional Skills: Teamwork ability, Good relational skills, Passion for technology, Pro-activity and ability to learn on the job, Problem-solving attitude
**Work Environment**
Hybrid work (2 days of smartworking)
