Senior Manager, Compute Consumer Channel Sales Expert

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager, Compute Consumer Channel Sales to join our team at Qualcomm. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the consumer channel sales strategy and identifying new opportunities to drive revenue and grow share of PCs enabled by Qualcomm Snapdragon technologies at large European consumer electronics retailers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute channel account plans with top consumer electronics retail partners, track progress, identify and address gaps to land a successful portfolio of devices in the market.
- Own and drive channel analytics for the Compute segment, feeding high-value insights into product strategy, leadership meetings, and customer discussions.
- Build pipeline, review pipeline, and forecast, as well as provide additional required support.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, marketing, and sales, sharing best practices.
- Responsible for managing relationships with key partners and vendors.
- Deep expertise of the Consumer Retail and Go-To-Market motion for PC OEMs.
- Intimate knowledge of the partner and customer engagement model, timelines, and decision points to help align, intercept, and influence decisions to assort and sell through a winning Windows on Snapdragon portfolio.
- Sales, product management, or business development of complex technology products in compute businesses with knowledge of global dynamics of PC OEMs and consumer electronics markets.
- Strategic account management expertise, the ability to manage change, and the desire to operate effectively across organizations and customers.
- Experience in sell-out and go-to-market with consumer electronics retailers and e-tailers in co-operation with PC OEMs.
- Expert technical understanding and hands-on experience in mobile and PC technologies.
- Proficient and detailed understanding of supply chain, product development, and marketing of compute products such as notebooks, desktops, tablets, and mobile.
- Experience in negotiating and managing pricing & Marketing funds with large consumer electronics channel partners.
- Ability to communicate, educate, and evangelize both internally and externally.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
- Self-motivated and result-driven.
- 8+ years of consumer channel (retail, online) and marketing experience in technology companies.
- Native Spanish or Italian and fluent English.
- Masters degree in business or technology preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be highly proficient in English and French. Additional proficiency in Spanish would be beneficial.
- Ability to build trusting, collaborative relationships and rapport with senior business stakeholders.
- Ability to convey information clearly and accurately with great credibility.
- Ability to be organized, resourceful, and adaptable.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, or related business field.
- 10+ years in sales, business development, product management, or related work experience in PC industry and/or large consumer electronics retailer.
