Amgen is a leading biotechnology company that serves patients worldwide. We are seeking a Product Specialist Oncology to join our team in Campania.
Key Responsibilities:- Maximize sales of Amgen's products in the territory
- Achieve sales targets
- Deliver key messages
- Collaborate with manager to implement agreed POA in line with marketing strategy
- Identify and establish high-quality customer relationships and internal collaboration
- Know in-depth knowledge of the product(s), market, stakeholders, and competitors
- Work within agreed budgets
- Lives the Amgen Values
- Bachelor's degree in life science or (bio) medical sciences
- 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a sales-related job
- Relevant experience in oncology area
- Rigorous Planning & Execution
- Ability to work in matrix organization
- Knowledge in local Value and Access themes
- Basic knowledge of and experience in a hospital environment
- Some experience with computer systems (CRM databases and MS Office)
- Fluency in English, both in oral and written communication
- Knowledge of Customer Relation Management principles
- Experience in Oncology therapeutic Area
- Experience in costumer engagement and multichannel
- Exposure to interactions with various disciplines and organizational levels
- Exposure to project management principles
