At Ok Mobility, we're looking for a skilled Operations Agent to join our team in Milan Malpensa. As a key member of our Fleet Preparation & Maintenance team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth management of our fleet.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage fleet logistics, including movement of vehicles in our yard spaces and B2B vehicle lots.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and return of vehicles.
  • Perform infleet and defleet tasks, including unloading vehicles, preparation of new fleet, and storage of vehicles in rows ordered by dates.
  • Control maintenance status and report to Fleet managers of necessary pre-sale repairs.
  • Inventory and control of consumable materials and perform small repairs on spot.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of logistics and advanced Excel skills.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in logistics positions, campas or mechanical workshops.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to work as part of a team.
