About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Operations Coordinator to join our team at DAZN. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR team, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, document management, and communication with employees.
  • Assist with the onboarding and offboarding process, including creating employment contracts, updating HR databases, and managing employee documents.
  • Support the HR team with monthly payroll activities, including ensuring compliance with payroll timelines and managing HR-related invoices.
  • Manage the storage of employee documents and maintain confidentiality.
  • Assist with ad-hoc project work as required, including updating HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a confidential HR operations role.
  • Knowledge of Italian employment law.
  • Experience of reading payslips and legal charges provided for HR Administration.
  • Strong data entry experience within HR systems.
  • Stakeholder-focused attitude and solutions-focused mindset.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize your own work.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Italian.
  • Excellent customer service attitude and great communication skills.
  • Flexible attitude and a real team player.
  • IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
