About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Operations Coordinator to join our team at Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the management of our client's car fleet, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all car fleet-related activities, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
  • Update and maintain accurate records of car fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and driver information.
  • Monitor and analyze car fleet performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize fleet utilization and reduce costs.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of car fleet services, including maintenance, repairs, and fueling.
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
  • Provide training and support to employees on car fleet operations and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of car fleet records and data.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in car fleet management or a related field, with a strong understanding of car fleet operations and industry best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
