As a key member of our Global Retail Operations team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving retail operations across the globe.

Main Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to enhance retail operations efficiency and productivity at a global level
  • Develop and implement best practices to streamline operations and improve performance
  • Support the Global Retail Operations team in developing and maintaining project plans, including timelines and milestones
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met and deliverables are achieved
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful completion
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather input and feedback from key stakeholders
  • Anticipate potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Monitor project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and within approved limits
  • Develop business cases to capture the reasoning for proposing projects and investments

Key Requirements

  • At least 3 years' experience working in the Retail industry or in consultancy
  • Strong analytical background and proficiency in Office, especially Excel
  • Fluency in English and strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-changing environment
  • Strong attention to details and good organisational skills
  • Proactivity and problem-solving attitude
