Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Planning and Analysis Intern to join our team at Tn Italy. As a key member of our FP&A team, you will play a critical role in supporting the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting and forecasting, data analysis, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the FP&A team in the forecasting and budgeting process, including data validation and creation.
  • Assist in maintaining and developing reporting tools to drive financial targets and provide data-driven insights to the business.
  • Support the business cycle plan, budget, and forecasts, analyzing performance and proposing action plans to improve profitability and cash generation.
  • Work closely with the Reporting team to ensure proper P&L/BS management during the closing period.
  • Provide variance analysis vs. plan and forecast on a monthly and quarterly basis, monitoring trends and proposing action plans to drive target achievement.
  • Execute consistent and ad-hoc analysis with accurate and timely financial information critical to business leaders' decision-making processes.

Requirements

  • Excellent modeling skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and knowledge of VBA/Power BI.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical background.
  • Ability to multi-task, consistently meeting deadlines on multiple projects and activities.
  • Able to effectively work as a team member with a good level of proactivity.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles.
  • Fluent verbal and written English and Italian.
