This role involves providing exceptional support to our clients and collaborating with our team in Agrate Brianza (Monza, Italy), ensuring optimal performance of Applied Materials' equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate with minimal supervision while adhering to established company protocols.
  • Oversee equipment performance and manage spare parts inventory.
  • Execute and ensure timely preventative and corrective maintenance.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to equipment.
  • Diagnose and address hardware problems through software and process data analysis.
  • Implement upgrades and retrofits on existing equipment.
  • Ensure adherence to maintenance procedures and checklists for both corrective and preventive tasks.
  • Understand and apply appropriate methodologies and procedures in line with company and customer quality standards.
  • Proactively address equipment issues and escalations promptly.

  • Support management in the operation of site service business within assigned scope.
  • Assist field management in setting and achieving objectives for the designated account.
  • Keep field management updated on customer perceptions regarding system performance.
  • Take initiative to prevent and resolve customer-related issues.
  • May occasionally initiate projects aimed at reducing costs or enhancing uptime.
  • Flexibility in work shifts may be required based on assignments.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
