spedizioni, stoccaggio, doganali, ispezioni pre-imbarco, sopralluoghi e studi di fattibilità.

Il Country Finance Manager per la sede di Pointe-Noire (Repubblica del Congo) avrà la responsabilità di supervisionare tutta l'area Amministrazione Finanza e Controllo della sede locale.

Questo ruolo è cruciale nell'assicurare integrità finanziaria, compliance con i regolamenti locali e internazionali, supporto nel raggiungimento degli obiettivi strategici della sede locale.

La risorsa avrà un ruolo chiave nella gestione dei rischi finanziari, nell'ottimizzazione della performance finanziaria e nel guidare il team finance locale in un contesto dinamico e sfidante.

Responsabilità principali:

Gestione finanziaria:

  • preparare e presentare report finanziari puntuali e accurati al Regional Financial Director e al Management locale
  • monitorare la performance finanziaria in relazione ai target e implementare azioni correttive laddove necessario
  • guidare la pianificazione finanziaria, il processo di budgeting e forecasting per la sede locale

Accounting & Control:

  • supervisionare l'accuratezza delle registrazioni contabili in compliance con i principi GAAP, IFRS locali e la policy societaria
  • gestire i processi di chiusura mensilmente, per quarter e annuali
  • assicurare che i controlli interni siano attuati per salvaguardare gli assets e mantenere l'integrità finanziaria

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • assicurare compliance con la legislazione fiscale locale, i requisiti regolamentari e la policy societaria
  • identificare potenziali rischi finanziari e implementare strategie per la loro mitigazione
  • coordinare audits interni ed esterni e assicurare la loro risoluzione

Leadership & Team Management:

  • guidare il finance team al raggiungimento di alti standard
  • infondere una cultura di continuo miglioramento
  • collaborare con i team cross funzionali per supportare le business operations e le iniziative strategiche

Strategic Financial Planning:

  • fornire analisi per supportare il processo decisionale e di pianificazione a lungo termine
  • guidare iniziative di ottimizzazione costi

Stakeholder Management:

  • agire come principale punto di contatto per tutti gli aspetti finanziari con stakeholders interni ed esterni, comprese le autorità governative, auditors e istituti bancari
  • assicurare la comunicazione delle performance finanziarie e di eventuali rischi al Regional Financial Director e al Management locale

Il requisito principale è la conoscenza fluente della lingua italiana e francese. La laurea magistrale in Economia o equivalente è obbligatoria. Il conseguimento di MBA o Master in ambito finanziario rappresenta un plus. L'esperienza lavorativa in Africa, in particolar modo nella Repubblica del Congo o mercati emergenti similari, rappresenta un forte plus. La consolidata conoscenza dei principi contabili locali e internazionali (OHADA, IFRS) e la competenza nella gestione di software legati alla gestione finanziaria sono essenziali. Le doti analitiche e di problem-solving, la leadership e la capacità manageriale e comunicativa verso gli stakeholders sono altresì richieste.
