Quality Assurance Specialist
On Site

The Quality Assurance Specialist will be part of the Quality Team, responsible for ensuring adherence to all established and certified standards, including ISO 9001 and feed safety protocols. This role involves collaboration with various departments, alongside local and international leadership, to meet common goals across production, maintenance, procurement, logistics, sales, human resources, regulatory affairs, and both internal and external laboratories.

Key Responsibilities


• Review and verify production documentation, including batch records and incoming certificates of analysis.

• Develop and maintain quality-related documents and system documentation.

• Assist in managing deviations and non-conformance issues, including conducting root cause analyses and defining corrective and preventive actions.

• Support the handling of customer complaints and inquiries.

• Participate in quality audits and official inspections.

• Translate customer quality expectations and regulatory requirements into local processes and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in scientific disciplines (e.g., Chemistry, Animal Production Science, Veterinary Science).

• 1-2 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control within a production setting.

• Familiarity with common IT and quality management tools (e.g., SAP, TrackWise).

• Strong quality awareness.

• A curious mindset towards problem-solving, driving innovation through the exploration of new solutions and perspectives.

• Proficient in English.

• Excellent communication skills and assertiveness.
