At Stryker Italia S.r.l., we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Partner to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Partner, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital administrators, surgeons, and nurses.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and support to customers, ensuring seamless implementation and post-implementation service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve customer outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market insights to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in the Medical Devices industry, with a strong understanding of hospital stakeholders and operating room dynamics.
  • Degree in Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluent Italian and intermediate English (min B2) language skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
