Job Summary

The Human Resources Talent Coordinator is a key professional responsible for managing recruitment activities and staff development within the organization. This role requires a unique blend of relational, organizational, and communication skills to achieve goals and promote the company's vision.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Proactively analyze needs with Department Heads to set up the selection process.
  • Identify role characteristics to draft job descriptions, including skills, responsibilities, and necessary requirements.
  • Publish job announcements on main internal and external platforms.
  • Search and select internal and external personnel, also with the help of Employment Agencies, Labor Supply Companies, and Head Hunters where necessary.
  • Screen resumes by comparing the role description with the expected profile.
  • Conduct initial phone interviews, plan and schedule interviews, and update the database with key information about interviewed candidates.
  • Monitor key HR metrics such as Time to Fill, Time to Hire, and Source of Hire.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Psychology, Communication Sciences, or other humanities faculties.
  • Minimum one year of experience in human resources recruitment, preferably in the hospitality sector.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language and proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter portal.
  • Strong communication and relational skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Able to use ATS management platforms, implement teamwork concepts, and focus on achieving shared department and business objectives.

Estimated Salary: €50,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
