The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a strong team of dealmakers, guiding them to excel in their roles, and contributing to the success of our firm. As a seasoned M&A professional, you will leverage your expertise to deliver high-quality M&A advice and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand Marktlink's presence in the Milan market.
- Build and lead a team of dealmakers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving deal flow and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business strategies that align with Marktlink's goals.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
- 7-10 years of experience in Corporate Finance Advisory, with a strong background in M&A.
- Native-level Italian and professional-level English language skills.
- Proven track record of success in dealmaking and business development.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
